LANGUAGE For skilled occupations within the recruitment industry where a high level of English language ability is necessary in order to fulfil the role, all candidates are required to take an English language examination so that we can assess their suitability prior to submitting them as potential candidates to our clients. A year later, the partnership was restructured and Euro-Resource was incorporated as Euroresource International Limited, a private limited company, having attracted a number of key foreign recruitment partners. In September 2005 Peter Levchenko Ph.D., who had until that time acted as an outside consultant to the company throughout its development, was appointed as Managing Director because of his broad experience within various international construction recruitment markets.
