will translate your Health & Safety Manual or other instructions
into the native language of the workers we supply to you. Workers
are required to read these and sign a document to that effect
which is kept by you on file, should it ever be needed.
Candidates
will be taught "hot" words or warnings from a list supplied
by you like: "Fire!" "Watch out!" "STOP!"
etc. and their knowledge tested before we supply them to you.
SUPPLYING
CONSTRUCTION GANGS AROUND THE WORLD
Where
gangs or groups of workers are required, we will always ensure
that at least one of the group speak English well enough to act
as the interface between your managers and the rest of their group.
