SUBCONTRACTORS
WANTED
A major Building Contractor specialising in planned maintenance for the public and commercial sectors requires subcontractors to carry out the following work types:
- Kitchen & bathroom fit outs
- Internal & external refurbishments and redecorations
- General building works associated with maintenance and repair.
They operate within the M25, plus M11 corridor, and south of London to Brighton.
They are looking for subcontractors who are capable of carrying out a variety of maintenance tasks; painting & decorating, tiling, and basic carpentry, for example, while specialist activities may be carried out by other teams.
Experience with commercial or public sector clients will be viewed as an advantage.
